TICKETING & PASSES
How much are tickets and where/when can I purchase them?
Check out our TICKET INFORMATION for everything you need to know about Tickets.
I ordered my weekend pass online. Where do I pick it up when I arrive at the festival?
Thanks for ordering early! Our Box Office is located in the VSAC building. The entrance is across East Allen St. from McKee's.
BOX OFFICE HOURS:
Am I guaranteed entrance to every show if I have a weekend pass?
Unfortunately, no. Most of the venues are relatively small, so make sure you show up early if you want to see a particular band. Also, all venues have the right to refuse entrance to anyone that appears to be intoxicated or disorderly, regardless of whether they have a weekend or day pass. If this happens to you, you are welcome to come back the next day after you've sobered up or cooled out.
Downtown Winooski is pretty small. Where do I park!?
The easiest way to park is in the parking garage. The entrance is located on Cascade Way (check out our MAP). In the past parking has been free for the whole weekend, but we're not sure if that will happen this year. Check back soon! We also highly encourage carpooling, biking, or taxi cabs. You can also park at the O'Brien Center at 32 Malletts Bay Avenue in Winooski.
I heard a rumor that there's going to be alcoholic beverages served in the main outdoor stage areas. Is this true?
Yes, there will be a cash bar serving select products at the Main Stage and at the Rotary Stage. You must be 21 and over to drink with a valid, unexpired, legit-as-can-be proper ID or passport. Be prepared to present that upon entry into the festival. Please drink responsibly!
Will there be anything else besides music at the festival?
Aside from the amazing music lineup, the festival will feature:
DAM: DOWNTOWN ARTIST MARKET
PAGE BURNER READING SERIES
CRINGE! A NIGHT OF HILARIOUS HUMILIATION
KARAOKE w. 802 DJs
Where are all of the venues for the festival?
Here are the ones we know about, but there's always a chance we'll be adding more:
FOUR QUARTERS BREWING
MCKEES PUB & GRILL
MISERY LOVES. CO
NECTAR & ROOT
LAST STOP SPORTS BAR
WINOOSKI SKATE PARK at Landry Park
OUTDOOR MAIN STAGE on Winooski Falls Way
SCOUT & CO. + VIVID COFFEE
THE MONKEY HOUSE
WATERWORKS FOOD + DRINK
WINOOSKI METHODIST CHURCH
and whatever vacant spaces they'll let us use!!!
Tickets, programs and other festival info can be obtained at The Festival Box starting Thursday MAY 3rd.
Do I need to purchase a pass for my child?
Kids 12 and under are free all weekend long! Select venues will be 21+ after 10pm, so if you're under 21 consider getting an under 21+ pass here.
What is the daily schedule of events at each venue?
Keep your eyes out for scheduling updates. Schedules are always subject to change as the music business is a fickle mister, so keep checking back as the festival gets closer.
Will I be allowed to smoke in the outdoor main stage area?
There is NO smoking allowed in the main stage area . Please be respectful.
What if I want to see just one band/go to just one venue?
You can take your chances on trying to get a walk up ticket to all of the venues other than the Main Stage and the Rotary Stage, but preference will be given to Weekend and Day Pass holders. More information about and day passes will be available in April. Stay tuned.
How do I contact the organizers if I don't find the information I need here?
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. There's a good chance if you have a questions there is a chance that some other folks have the same questions, so speak up!
How can I perform/read/tell jokes/volunteer/make art etc. at Waking Windows?
We've got forms galore for all of these things. Head over HERE to get involved.
