+ I purchased my weekend pass online, at Pure Pop, Autumn Records, or The Monkey House. Where do I pick it up when I arrive at the festival?

Thanks for ordering early! You can pick up at the Box Office.

+ Where is this Box Office you speak of?

Our box office is located at 10 East Allen Street, Winooski, VT inside the VSAC Building. Please provide your Eventbrite confirmation receipt, the ID of the person who purchased the ticket, or the credit card that was used to purchase. You will receive a wristband - please do not remove this, as this is your pass into the festival for the duration of the weekend!

Finding the box office: If you park in the parking garage, exit onto Main Street (The Rotary) and then turn right. The entrance is diagonal from McKee’s Pub & Grill. The box office will be on your right just before you get to the crosswalk that leads to McKee's.

+ Is there a way to pick up my wristband early?

New this year, we're offering a one-day only EARLY PICK-UP/LOCAL POP-UP Box Office. Located at the Stoplight Gallery, 33 Main St Winooski, VT (between the Archives and Asian Bistro), this Local/Early Pick Up Box Office will be open Thursday, May 12 from noon - 8PM.

Skip the weekend lines & pick up your festival wristband early! We'll have some WW merch items (buttons, etc!) for the early birds.

Please provide your Eventbrite Confirmation Receipt with Scannable QR Code, the ID of the person who purchased the ticket, or the credit card that was used to purchase.

+ I took my wristband off. What do I do now?

Unfortunately, the wristband is your ticket for entrance into festival events. It’s the most efficient way for us to ensure our customers are able to take part without having to keep track of multiple tickets. (And we know you miss the buttons, but those were too easy to hand off.) As with all major festivals, you will need to leave your wristband on for the duration. If you remove your wristband before the end of the festival (or the day of attendance), you will need to buy a new one.

+ Do I need to purchase a pass for my child?

Kids 12 and under are free all weekend long! We'll have a Kids Zone set up at Misery Loves Company on Saturday 2-6pm. C'mon by!

+ Where should I park my sweet ride?

We suggest parking in the Downtown Winooski Parking Garage, located at 20 Cascade Way. The entrance is off of Abenaki Way and will be free beginning at 5pm Friday and continuing all weekend. Parking is at a premium, so carpooling is always a good idea.

+ I like to party. Will there be alcohol served at the Main Stage AND the Rotary Stage?

Yes, there will be a cash bar serving select products at both the Rotary Stage and Main Stage. You must be 21 or older and present a valid, unexpired ID or passport in order to drink. If you are showing signs of intoxication, we reserve the right to refuse entry and your wristband will be removed.

No outside beverages are allowed into these stages. If you have a nonalcoholic beverage, it needs to be sealed upon entry.

Please drink responsibly!

Yes, but remember most of the venues are relatively small, so make sure you show up early if you want to see a particular artist. If this happens to you, you are welcome to come back the next day after you've sobered up or cooled out.

+ Are refunds available?

Sorry, but no refunds. With all the moving parts of a festival, artist and repertoire are always subject to change and refunds will not be issued for any changes related to lineup. Additionally, refunds will be not made for inclement weather. With many of the venues being indoors, we will NOT cancel the festival if there is bad weather. If any of the outdoor sets get canceled due to bad weather, there are still a ton of other acts to check out indoors while you wait out the storm.

+ Are dogs allowed at the outdoor stages?

Woof, woof! We love your furry animals, but not everyone does. Please leave the dogs at home for their safety and the safety of other guests.

Also, all venues have the right to refuse entrance to anyone who appears to be intoxicated or disorderly, regardless of whether they have a weekend or day pass. If this happens to you, you are welcome to come back the next day after you've sobered up or cooled out.
