F(requently) A(sked) Q(uestions)

What type of passes are you offering this year and where can I purchase one?

SATURDAY PASS - Your ticket will give you access to Rotary Park and participating venues on Saturday, May 4th.

We will be selling tickets at the door for the Monkey House and other participating venues on Friday, May 3rd & Sunday, May 5th. All other shows on these days are free so if you want to support the cause you can pay the door cover for the Monkey House shows on those days!!

You can purchase tickets directly online via this LINK
We will also be selling the pass in person at the Box Office on Friday night as well as all day Saturday.

Where is this Box Office you speak of?

Our box office is located at 10 E Allen Street (The VSAC Building). If you park in the parking garage, exit onto Main Street (The Rotary) and then turn right. The entrance is diagonal from McKee’s Pub & Grill. The box office will be on your right just before you get to the crosswalk that leads to McKee's. Please provide your confirmation receipt, the ID of the person who purchased the ticket, or the credit card that was used to purchase.

When will the box office be open?

Friday, 5/03: 4:30PM - 9PM
Saturday, 5/04: 11AM - TBD

I took my wristband off. What do I do now?

Unfortunately, the wristband is your ticket for entrance into festival events. It’s the most efficient way for us to ensure our customers are able to take part without having to keep track of multiple tickets. (And we know you miss the buttons, but those were too easy to hand off.) As with all major festivals, you will need to leave your wristband on for the duration. If you remove your wristband before the end of the festival (or the day of attendance), you will need to buy a new one.

Do I need to purchase a pass for my child?

Where should I park my sweet ride?

Parking is Free! We suggest parking in the parking garage in the VSAC building. The entrance is off of Abenaki Way. Parking is at a premium, so carpooling is always a good idea.

I like to party. Will there be alcohol served at the Rotary Stage?

Yes, there will be a cash bar serving select products at the Rotary Stage. You must be 21 or older and present a valid, unexpired ID or passport in order to drink. If you are showing signs of intoxication, we reserve the right to refuse entry and your wristband will be removed. Cash and Credit Cards accepted.

No outside beverages are allowed into these stages. If you have a nonalcoholic beverage, it needs to be sealed upon entry.

Please drink responsibly!

Will there be anything else besides music at the festival?

Will also feature: Kids Zone, Comedy, Karaoke, Page Burner Reading Series, Drag Queen Story Hour with Emoji Nightmare & Nikki Champagne, and more. A full SCHEDULE can be found here.

Are cameras allowed at the festival?

Yes, but we do hire festival photographers and videographers, so please be respectful.

Is there camping onsite?

No, we are an urban festival. Please visit the Travel Tab of our website for our recommended places to stay.

Can I bring my backpack to the festival?

Yes, you can bring a bag or backpack but be prepared to have it searched at the entrance to each venue. Please remember this is not your typical festival and each venue has their own security and their own rules. Your bag can potentially be searched at each location upon entry.

Is there re-entry at each venue?

Yes, but remember most of the venues are relatively small, so make sure you show up early if you want to see a particular artist. Also, all venues have the right to refuse entrance to anyone who appears to be intoxicated or disorderly, regardless of whether they have a weekend or day pass. If this happens to you, you are welcome to come back the next day after you've sobered up or cooled out.

What is the daily schedule of events at each venue?

Full SCHEDULE here.

Will I be allowed to smoke in the outdoor main stage area?

There is NO smoking allowed in the main stage & rotary area. Please be respectful.

Will I get a refund if it rains and my favorite artist doesn't play?

Sorry, but no refunds. With 10 of the 13 venues being indoors, we will NOT cancel the festival if there is bad weather. If any of the outdoor sets get canceled due to bad weather, there are still a ton of other acts to check out indoors while you wait out the storm.

Are dogs allowed at the outdoor stages?

We love your furry animals, but not everyone does. Please leave the dogs at home.

Am I guaranteed entrance to every show if I have a weekend pass?

Unfortunately, no. Most of the venues are relatively small, so make sure you show up early if you want to see a particular artist. Also, all venues have the right to refuse entrance to anyone who appears to be intoxicated or disorderly, regardless of whether they have a weekend or day pass. If this happens to you, you are welcome to come back the next day after you've sobered up or cooled out
